Renovation of a house in Saint-Gilles in an urban environment. Project submitted to the competition BATEX (Exemplary buildings).
After a geological survey and design of the geothermal system, placement of 2 probes, one vertical and one sloping passing below the house to optimise the available space. Total length of the probes: 140 metres.
Features :
- Setting up of a crane to pass over the houses and reach the small garden.
- Carrying out of a Thermal Response Test (TRT). The TRT report confirmed the expected sizing and highlighted the extremely low thermal resistivity of the geothermal system, partly due to the quality of the stainless steel probes used.
